**The Governor's School of Southside Virginia provides an opportunity during each regularly scheduled Board meeting for public comment. This is the time for the public to address any "informational" agenda items. A speaker must sign-in prior to the board meeting to speak. If citizens wish to speak to the Board regarding other concerns, a written request must be made stating the concern. The request must be received by the Director by 2:00 p.m. Monday the week prior to the Board meeting. Speakers are not to comment on personnel. Personnel issues may be addressed with the Director. Speakers may speak only once. Each citizen or group is allowed a maximum of three minutes to address the Board.
